API Flanges & Hammer Unions
Keddco manufactures flanges for high-strength industrial operating systems, such as those found in oil and gas refineries. They are designed according to the American Petroleum Institute (API) specifics regarding materials and pressure rating in order to withstand high-pressure and temperature tolerances used by refineries handling oil and explosive gas substances.
API Flanges
Our API flanges are available as threaded flange, weld neck line pipe flange, integral, blinds, target and test blinds, for use with pressure ratings ranging from 2000 to 20,000 psi rated working pressure. They are API monogrammed and come in sizes ranging from 1-13/16” to 7-1/16”.
API Crosses & Tees
Crosses and tees are used to divert, bypass or distribute the flow of fluids. Keddco’s crosses and tees are manufactured according to API specifications and designed to withstand a rated working pressure of 2000 to 20,000 psi.
Hammer Unions
Hammer unions are connectors made up of three pieces: a threaded end, a nut end, and a hammer nut. These connectors allow quick make up and break out of pipe and fittings used primarily in temporary flow lines, preventing leakage. Keddco provides hammer unions in standard and sour service, threaded, socket and butt weld, and in all sizes ranging from 1” to 12” figures and schedules.
