Swage Nipples

Swage Nipples

At Keddco Manufacturing we understand the value of the seamless flow of fluids within varying pipe sizes across the industries we serve. Swage nipples are a necessary pipe fitting we manufacture in varying end finishes to meet the needs of our customers requiring the accurate flow of fluids from one pipe size to another pipe size. Smooth flow is essential, as is a component that will stand up to the rigours of the petrochemical environment. Swage nipples from Keddco do both.

Our swage nipples are available in a variety of raw materials, depending on the size and reduction required. We also manufacture either concentric or eccentric swage nipples for varying pipeline needs.

Keddco’s industry leading team of experts has a combined total of over 200 years of experience manufacturing in the Pipe, Valve and Fitting (PVF) market. Our team’s experience, industry knowledge and manufacturing capabilities lead to quick turnarounds, from custom configurations to high-volume production orders.

Quality

At Keddco, we are known for our commitment to quality; all our swage nipples are manufactured in accordance with the Manufacturers Standardization Society (MSS) standards. All material purchased by Keddco is also fully traceable to the mill source through our Material Test Reports (MTR), available at any time online by request.

Keddco swages are made to meet the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) fitting specifications such as A234 for carbon steel or low alloy chromoly steel, A420 for low temp, or A403 for stainless steels. We are also experts in the manufacture and supply of swages from exotic metals and alloys, such as monel, to other high temp refractory metals. They are manufactured in accordance with the Manufacturers Standardization Society of the Valves and Fittings Industry Inc. (MSS), in particular SP-95 for swage nipples and bull plugs. Our products meet the requirements set out by The Association of Materials Protection and Performance ((AMPP), formerly known as NACE)) for sour service.
